We have adopted the global Code of Conduct compliance standards set forth by our parent company, Sumitomo Electric Industries. The Code is a statement of our shared values and the standards of conduct that are expected of each of us. It describes the fundamental principles and key policies that govern how we conduct business. The Code applies to all Company associates, officers, and directors, at every level.

The Code states that the Company expects it’s associates to conduct business in accordance with the Sumitomo Spirit and high ethical standards.  We are committed to integrity and ethical business practices as we conduct business worldwide.

The Company encourages associates and third parties to seek guidance or to report suspected violations of the Code, and the Company provides several avenues for reporting.
